When I got my first service, the technician showed up on-time (inside the two hour window). He was thorough, but he didn't waste any time either. Everything was fine for about a week and a half, and then we saw some ants in the bathroom. I called the office to let them know about the problem. The same technician came back out, and we haven't seen a single thing since. That has now been over eleven months ago. They've been doing the quarterly booster treatments on the outside every three months as scheduled, and we've been enjoying the pest-free environment inside. I'm sure it's related, and I've also noticed fewer bugs out in the yard.

I thought I was going to need to tent; I got a free inspection/estimate and the inspector told me that he could do another type of treatment that would be just as effective. We had that done, and I am glad we didn't have to move out for three days like we would have with a tent.
